Who is responsible for the data

The controller of data processed on consentgate.eu and in the panel at app.consentgate.eu is CRE 8 Sp. z o.o. Contact for privacy matters: kontakt@consentgate.eu.

This site

consentgate.eu uses no analytics or advertising tools and sets no tracking cookies.

If you switch language, we store a cg_lang cookie with your choice. If you open the sample consent window and make a decision, we store a cg_consent cookie with your choice for 12 months, and the decision is written to this site's consent log.

The panel

To log you in we process your email address and, when you log in with Google, your account name. The legal basis is performance of the service contract.

The session is kept by the cg_session cookie. It is necessary for the panel to work and is not used for tracking.

The consent window on customer sites

When you visit a site that uses ConsentGate, the controller of your data is the owner of that site and we act on their behalf.

The log stores: a random consent ID, the time of the decision, the type of decision, the chosen categories, the settings version, country, language and page path. We store no IP address and no browser data.

Entries are removed automatically after the period set by the customer's plan: from 30 days to 36 months.

Where the data is

The consent log and account data are kept in a database created with a European Union jurisdiction restriction. The service runs on Cloudflare infrastructure.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object. Write to kontakt@consentgate.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
